EscaGo Holidays — General tour terms

  1. All bookings are subject to availability at the time of confirmation.
  2. The itinerary and hotel details are based on the information shared at the time of booking. Any changes requested later may affect the total cost.
  3. Hotel check-in and check-out times are as per hotel policy. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and extra charges.
  4. Sightseeing and travel timings may vary depending on traffic, weather, or local conditions.
  5. Optional activities (such as boating, kayaking, adventure activities, entry tickets, camera fees, etc.) are not included unless specifically mentioned in the package.
  6. EscaGo Holidays is not responsible for delays caused by natural conditions, strikes, roadblocks, or unforeseen circumstances.
  7. Guests are requested to carry valid ID proof during travel and hotel check-in.
  8. Any damage to hotel property or vehicle during the tour will be chargeable directly to the guest.
  9. Package rates are subject to change in case of fuel price hike, tax changes, or government regulations.
  10. Once the booking is confirmed, cancellation charges will apply as per the cancellation policy.

Payment Terms

EscaGo Holidays — Payment & confirmation rules

1) Advance Payment

30% to 50% advance payment is required to confirm the booking.

2) Balance Payment

The remaining amount must be paid before the start of the tour or on the first day of travel.

3) Mode of Payment

Bank Transfer / UPI / Credit Card / Cash (as mutually agreed)

RBI & Income Tax (Section 269ST) Cash limit: ₹2,00,000
  • Cash payments are accepted up to a maximum of ₹2,00,000 per booking / per transaction.
  • Any amount exceeding ₹2,00,000 must be paid through non-cash modes such as UPI, bank transfer, or other digital methods.
  • Cash payments beyond the permitted limit are not accepted, in compliance with government regulations.
  • Guests are requested to cooperate and choose digital payment methods for transparency and smooth confirmation.
4) Booking Confirmation

Booking will be confirmed only after receiving the advance payment.

5) Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation charges depend on hotel and service provider policies.

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 working days after deduction of applicable charges.
